Returns

Should you change your mind about your purchase or if you are not satisfied, we will gladly issue an exchange or a refund within 30 days from which the order was delivered, less the shipping and handling charges. Items are only eligible for return/exchange if they are in its original, unused and resealable condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please contact us and include the following:

1) "RETURN" or" EXCHANGE" in the subject line 
2) Order Number
3) Reasons for Return or Exchange 

Products purchased with other retailers must be processed with the original retailers in accordance to their return policies.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
